“Décevant”
The location was good, but the hotel was too small, the room narrow, and there was no clean storage; it was very dusty. The shower didn’t drain and mold was very dirty, with makeup still on the tap from a previous guest. Cleaning the dirt required only a tissue, no scrubbing. The maid came only twice a week, the sheets were torn, the towel was dirty and never changed. The property is well rated because the staff insists that guests write a review with them, which we declined. The room was listed as 22 m² but felt smaller, the air‑conditioner didn’t work well in some rooms, and everything looked very worn.
