The staff were professional and helpful, the rooms were clean and quiet, the food tasty, and the pools were spotless. However, the access road still needs work, probably because of the nearby construction, and the surrounding vegetation is growing wildly, likely due to the construction at the Crişana hotel.

The pools were very clean, the food excellent, and the staff consistently helpful, from the procedures to the dining and housekeeping; the hotel itself is very tidy. It’s located close to the centre, supermarkets, terraces, and boutiques. The only issue was that the shower curtains could have been better and the shower valves needed checking.

For a seven‑night stay it was acceptable. The rooms are old and could use a bit of fixing up, but the food is plentiful.
