The quiet location kept us away from a super busy or noisy neighborhood, and the evening/night front‑desk staff were truly amazing. The hot tub, however, was not clean.

The hotel overall was just right, with a good breakfast offering a nice variety. I asked for an early check‑in, but our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, so we were upgraded to the next‑level room, which was a pleasant bonus. Unfortunately, our room was in a high‑traffic area: we heard many doors slam, children running up and down the hall, and the occupants above us were heavy stompers, so we had to sleep to their schedule. The light/vent in our bathroom wasn’t working, and despite requesting a fix, it stayed out of order for our entire stay.

Everything about the place and the people was fantastic. The workout room and hot tub were not available on the day we arrived, but that can be overlooked in California.

Very unsatisfied reserved 2 beds on 1 bed was available and reserved in april called 3 times before our trip was assured everything was set and it was not nothing. The service and the right reserved room
