How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
It was a total waste of money; the staff started calling at 800 am demanding checkout by 830 am, even though the booking showed a window between 10 to 1200. There were no lifts and the ground staff refused to help us carry our bags. My experience was very bad and disturbing, and the place feels purely commercial, not service‑oriented, so I give it a one.
