Breakfast was free, which was nice. They assured us the room would be cleaned early for our wedding prep, but it wasn’t. There was no shampoo, not enough towels for three people, a flimsy, uncomfortable cot with no blanket, and someone had vomited in the hall. All they did was put a wet‑floor sign down and leave it; no one checked to keep people away. When they finally came to clean the room, the beds looked like a two‑year‑old had made them, showing obvious wear and not being nice. The cot was untouched.

The room was roomy, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Evening staff at Wrigley’s and the chambermaids were great, so there wasn’t much trouble. The locals crowd the pool, chatting loudly and refusing to move aside, making it hard to swim. The hairdryer in the room was awful, and breakfast was poor with staff not being very welcoming.

The location was great, close to many restaurants and amenities. Parking was plenty. The place was clean, modern, and well maintained, with excellent amenities like indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, mini‑putt, pool tables, and an arcade. The only drawback was breakfast, which was a bit dull with limited options.
