“Un bon établissement dans un très beau lieu”
The reception and its staff were friendly, the quality of breakfast and meals was good, the pool was extraordinary, and the new management has made some efforts in recent weeks. The efforts of the new management should continue for a hotel that needs to be at a 4* level; in any case, the friendliness and professionalism of the current team make me want to return!
“Agréable séjour personnel à l’écoute.”
The location is very beautiful, facing the sea, but the hotel’s overall décor needs refreshing.
“Très bel emplacement”
The seaside location right across from the Salvation Islands is gorgeous, and in the morning the calm sea made for a nice swim; breakfasts were excellent. The pool lockers were dirty and need cleaning.
“L'hotel mythique de Kourou sur la pointe des roches !”
The hotel’s unique setting with outdoor spaces (bar, restaurant, and sea‑view pool) is a highlight, though the interior feels a bit old‑fashioned and cold, which is part of its charm; it’s a historic hotel in Kourou.
The location is quiet, but the room’s vintage furnishings are in need of renovation.
