The location, view, and room size were great, but the room’s furnishings were outdated and needed an overhaul, especially the worn‑out floor carpet.

The location was exceptional, yet the amenities—like the lack of a microwave, a broken fridge, and a cramped bathroom—could have been better for the price.

The hotel was poorly organized and poorly explained; we were given the wrong room because the reception spoke English in a way that was hard to understand, and it was weird to be bombarded by three different email addresses from SmilingHost when booking a suite through Booking. Aside from that, the stay was pretty good.
