The exterior still feels a bit run down, but the rooms themselves were fantastic – very comfortable, clean, and stylish, even featuring a kitchen! We stayed in room 8, while our daughter occupied room 4, and both were lovely. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the main shopping and café area, and parking is easy right in front of the rooms. Check‑in involved a code sent for a lockbox, which worked fine, and the air conditioning performed well. See the pictures in our review for room 4. The only downside was that the Wi‑Fi did not reach room 8; it was fine in room 4 but too far from the router, so it didn’t work at all during our stay. We had cell service, but no usable Wi‑Fi (it would connect but was too weak to load news). The staff only responded by email and kept telling us to re‑log in, which we had already tried many times. Oh well.

I was blown away by the stunning room, which soaked up the sun's rays all day long. The fully loaded kitchen was a bonus, making it feel like a home away from home. If I'm being picky, the room could have been a bit bigger, but it was still a fantastic space to relax in.

I really loved the quirky and comfortable vibe of this hotel. It's definitely one of a kind. However, I was a bit disappointed to find out that there wasn't a hair dryer for my wife.
