How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Everything was excellent from arrival to departure, and I left feeling warmly welcomed. I thank the cheerful and helpful reception, especially Brother Abdulrahman, who was the pinnacle of courteous service and very keen on guest satisfaction. The services were close by, the room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. May they continue to thrive.

The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. They demonstrated excellent hospitality, were attentive to guests’ needs, and always willing to assist. Their positive attitude and outstanding service made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Nothing was lacking; everything met my expectations.

The person at reception was not cooperative when I arrived; they asked me to cancel my previous booking and re‑book on my own, then refused to help me choose the room type I needed, insisting I should handle the reservation alone. Despite having stayed at many of their branches, this was the first time I was treated this way, and I was very dissatisfied with the experience.

Thanks to the reception team.

The reception staff were rude and unhelpful, and there was a delay in both check‑in and check‑out.
