“Disappointing”

It was close to our destination and the beds were comfortable, but the room was not clean—our sheets never changed during our stay, and they offered excuses for it. We had to ask for garbage bags because they never took out our trash. I stay there every year when I go to Whiteville, Tennessee, but next time I won't unless things improve.

The welcome was very good, but the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and the odor could not be removed.

“As good as possible”

The lady we dealt with was amazing and as accommodating as anyone could be. Our first room had AC and condensation problems, but after we moved, everything was fine.
