How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
When we arrived, the room temperature was 16 °C! The owner, not caring that this was unacceptable, told us to leave without any apology. We did so, without any guarantee of a refund. The owner was so unpleasant that she even insulted our children. I will not say more because I do not wish to match her level of rudeness.

The property sits in a typical Alsatian (former) manor and radiates charm. The host is genuinely delightful and attentive to guests. We especially appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment and the whole site. Unfortunately, apartment number 5 was not warm upon arrival, and heating is a bit difficult in winter. The kitchen equipment is not extensive, but it was more than enough for our needs. About 200 m from the apartment are two electric‑car charging stations, and fast charging is also available in nearby Molsheim. We enjoyed quiet, pleasant days in Avolsheim. The common area is a bit cramped for five people; the sofa seats only two, so the rest of us had to sit on chairs.

A very cozy, well‑maintained spot that made me feel right at home. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The service was outstanding. Highly recommended!

A wonderful find! The cottage is quiet, well‑arranged, clean, and very comfortable. The equipment is thoughtfully arranged and very practical. Marie‑Jo gave us a warm welcome and is extremely kind. Thank you for everything! Nothing to criticize!
