The staff were amazing and helpful, and the location was great, but the building was under construction, which was tolerable; however, both rooms had fruit flies, roaches, and beetles, towels were covered in makeup and other stuff, and the bed sheets were dirty.

The location was fine, but the hotel was extremely dirty; I will never return, and the management should have shut down the renovated floor—see the attached photos from Oct 4 2026.

Love the location very convenient, easy access to nearby coffee shops like starbucks, targets, Ross shopping places. near beach and easy move around. Didn't like my room was not to my expectations, very dark where my room was located, very old inside, the corridor very dirty filthy, the lift really needs an uplift. not safe going up down the hotel lift. No security at hotel 24/7

The location was great, but because the hotel was under renovation, it was the worst experience.

The noise from the renovation works was annoying.
