“I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE …… EVER!!!!!”

1. They let guests smoke just 10 ft from the lobby entrance, including pot, and the restaurant is right next to the lobby, so I could only smell the weed. 2. A curtain rod was in our shower but no curtain, so we couldn’t shower in the morning without water splashing everywhere. 3. The bathroom door was poorly sealed; every night when my husband used the bathroom I woke up to a horrible screeching sound. 4. The hotel has many rooms, yet we were put in one that faced a major highway and the windows weren’t soundproof, so we heard traffic all night. 5. The room was infested with sugar ants that were everywhere on my purse and tablet. This place is not worth a fraction of what they charge. Just awful.

“Never again”

The lobby was fine, yet the staff were rude and pushed me through checkout; the A/C unit rattled loudly all night, preventing any sleep; the waiter in the restaurant repeatedly asked the same question, misread my order, and I waited over 1.5 hrs for a salad that I threw away because it was too late; the wings arrived with the wrong sauce even after I insisted on it four times.
