Everything was super: the staff, the room, the service, and the welcome were all on point; I needed an extension wire and they helped me out right away. The location is super duper nice! The staff also supported me with ironing, provided an iron board, and the mattress was great. The only thing I wish for is sockets near the mirror areas.
