The location is great, but that's about it. The staff seemed really uninterested in providing good hospitality - I had to ask multiple times for basics like water bottles and toiletries, and my room wasn't made up every day. The bathroom was a nightmare, with a leaky shower tap that made a racket all night and made the floor slippery. To add insult to injury, I had to chase them down for my bill after checkout, and even then, they tried to blame me for not reminding them to give it to me.

This place has a decent setup, with good-sized rooms and a nice lawn. They also have power backup, which is a plus. However, the service was pretty lacking - my room was missing some essentials like a tea and coffee maker, and the toiletries were limited to a tiny soap. The bucket and mug in the room were dirty, and the remote controls had dead batteries. Overall, it felt like they could have done a lot more to make our stay comfortable.
