How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Breakfast was excellent, staff extremely courteous, rooms and bathrooms modern. They fulfilled our request for a second pillow. The parking is large and free. It would be better if a second pillow per person were included as standard.

The accessibility was good. There was no staff at the reception, so we had to use a kiosk. The quality‑price ratio was decent, but the rate was a bit high.

The location and proximity to the parking were great. The reception was average, and I was very disappointed by the restaurant.

Nothing positive. The room was outdated, the bathroom had black grout, and the room smelled like a closed space—completely unpleasant. The next day we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come and let us have breakfast (I was 9:15). Nothing else, we were two people! Only one chocolate croissant was left, almost nothing else; we had to settle for bread. The same lady arrived and asked if we wanted anything else (we had been there for barely 5 minutes) because she was about to clear the breakfast. We left and will never return! It’s a shame because we come regularly throughout the year and will still return to IBIS where we’re always satisfied! A terrible experience: 130 euros for one night for two with breakfast in a room that smells almost clean with moldy joints and a tiny breakfast with a piece of bread and a small butter for two… a disgrace!
