I showed up with my reservation, only to find out they had no record of it and basically left me stranded on the street. Coming from another country and not knowing the area made it feel incredibly irresponsible. Very disappointing service, especially for a traveler who’s far from home.

This spot in Mendoza felt like home the moment I walked in—warm, welcoming, and the host was on top of every little detail. The location is unbeatable, right in the city centre and within walking distance of everything you’d need. I’d definitely stay again and tell friends about it.

The staff were genuinely friendly and treated me well, which was a highlight of the stay. The only downside was that they seemed rushed and didn’t have enough time to attend to everything properly. A bit more breathing room would have made it perfect.

The room was super comfortable and the location couldn’t be better—I could walk straight from the bus terminal to the hotel. Reymon was especially helpful and courteous, making the whole experience pleasant. I’d definitely come back next time I’m in town.
