“Definitely not to be alone there”
The place was well prepared. The strong smell and the parking dogs outside the property make it difficult to enter and exit.

The support staff were very helpful, easily contactable and responsive. Great value for money. The location is a bit far out of town. The furniture and facilities feel a bit dated.

The apartment is in a pleasantly quiet location, so you can relax wonderfully. Despite the quiet surroundings, you don’t feel far from the beach – it’s about a 15‑minute walk. The neighbourhood is mostly calm. The apartment itself feels spacious and, with its two‑floor layout, offers plenty of room, making the stay very pleasant. A small drawback was that the unit next to us was smoking, even though it’s actually prohibited – this sometimes disturbed us. Also, you should know that the view is limited because houses stand right next to us. Those who are often on the move and value quiet and ample space will still find this place suitable.

The place was clean and comfortable, but it was so quiet that I felt lonely.

The building is beautiful and the space feels great in a quiet spot, and the mattress, pillows and linen are really comfortable. I liked the small touches like water bottles, plenty of tea, coffee, sugar packets, and bathroom hygiene packs. The lighting can be adjusted with different switches—main lights, spotlights, reading lights. The bedroom was cool and breezy, so I slept without the A/C, and the bathroom is spacious and clean. Unfortunately, during my three nights the noise was awful: a neighbour played their TV at full blast for hours, the dead‑end street had a pack of dogs that barked nonstop, and there was hammering from the neighbours every day. The stairs are a safety issue because the treads are set too far back, making the landings dangerously narrow; I had to walk down them crab‑wise or side‑wise because my size 36 feet made it difficult.
