Caju com Mel Hospedagem

“Vale a pena ficar na Cajú com Mel.”

The lodge is simple and good, with great service and the hospitality of Mel! She helped us with the day’s plans and booked a quad bike when we needed to get to Boipeba. She and her husband were very kind to us! The lodge has a good location, close to Praia de Moreré and with quick and peaceful walks to Praia de Bainema, with perfect sea and a wide sandy beach, great for enjoying without spending. It is also near Barraca Paraíso and the Amendoeiras, good for eating by the sea. P.S.: Check out the breakfast at Padamor in the little center! Negative points of the stay: the mattress was quite uncomfortable, small shocks in the shower, and the neighborhood played very loud music, disrupting rest. Overall, lodge scores 8. We would come back!

The location is excellent, offering great value especially for those who want to escape the main focus of Old Boipeba; it’s very close to one of the best beaches in the area—just pick the right time of year to visit. The water could be better.

The shower was hot, the bed was comfortable, the owners were attentive and made sure we had potable water, the kitchen was fully equipped, and there was a market right next door. I stayed several days and felt at home; no mosquitoes, great value, and the neighbors were friendly. There is a lot of noise, but everyone sleeps at night.
