The hotel was repulsive from top to bottom, with a terrible odor that filled the halls and lingered in my room so badly that I left within an hour. I’m even more upset that I paid an $87 cancellation fee and still got charged $400 for my reservation, with no refund of either amount. The accommodations were awful, and I wouldn’t recommend it to even my worst enemy.

I wasn’t happy with anything; manager Lillian was rude and disrespectful, which pissed me off because as a customer you’re not supposed to be treated that way, and the hotel was filthy—dog shit everywhere that nobody cleaned up, letting people walk through it. The staff and housekeeper were nice and helpful, though.

The front desk receptionist was very friendly and honest about the facilities before I entered my room, which gave me a clear idea of what to expect. However, the place was full of old, nasty perverts, so I would never stay there again with my wife and five daughters; at least it was only one night.
