Only the location was good. The photos were deceptive; the space was much smaller, and the front desk staff were awful. Keys never worked, and the tap, shower, and pool water had a nasty odor. They wouldn’t let us control the air conditioning because “they didn’t have” it. The room phone didn’t work, and any requests for changes were ignored. I would never come back.

The location was fine, but where do I start? The photos mislead; the place is much smaller, and the front desk staff had a terrible attitude. The keys never worked, and the tap, shower, and pool water smelled foul. They refused to give us air‑conditioning control because “they didn’t have” it. The room phone was dead, and whenever we asked for changes they didn’t help. I would never return.

The rooms were comfortable with air conditioning, there was on‑site parking, a rooftop pool, an elevator, and a breakfast buffet. I don’t know what caused it, but a security person apparently tried to enter our room while we were inside using an electronic card, even though he apologized; it shouldn’t have happened for many reasons, maybe because we asked that cleaning not be done. In the three days we stayed, cleaning was done quite late, after we were ready to rest. Still, it’s a very good place to stay.
