The room was clean, had all the necessary amenities, and the staff were lovely—nothing to complain about. The air conditioner had a lot of dust, so it kept making me sneeze, and the TV screen was very small.

The room was clean and the facilities worked, but the air conditioner sometimes made a loud noise that left my ears ringing and made it impossible to sleep.

The housekeeping was outstanding; they went beyond the usual touch‑ups and cleaned the entire room, the bedsheet and everything else. The air conditioning worked well despite the weather, so we never had to complain. On the downside, there was no lift or porter service, so we were assigned a room on the 3rd floor and my fiancée had to carry our luggage. The lighting in the room was poor and the water pressure was low, and the bathroom was only suitable for petite guests.
