“Pas d'acceuil physique.”

The apartment was a great, original space with modern furnishings, solid Wi‑Fi, comfortable bedding, and a fully equipped kitchen. However, the phone contact was only by call, the air‑conditioning was noisy and broke on the first day (condensation leaked onto the floorboards). Breakfast was a cafeteria‑style spread for our six‑day stay. The street was noisy at night, and parking was random.

The town was very nice and pleasantly surprised us. It’s a small local spot with a good vibe, restaurants, and shopping. The apartment was comfortable and in a great spot. The owners were friendly and supportive when needed. The only downside was that there were no windows.

The property was very well organized, with a strategic location for visiting Conversano, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, and Alberobello. Free parking was just outside the premises, and the staff were very helpful and courteous. I recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the best of Puglia on vacation.

“Amazing apartment right next to the old town”

We had an amazing time at Casa Toni. The apartment is very well finished, spacious, and has a lovely atmosphere. It’s also in a great location, just two streets from the old town, ideal for exploring locally and as a base for trips to nearby towns. Free parking was right in front of the door, which was very convenient. Host Pasquale was super helpful and kind! Definitely recommended—especially considering how beautiful and calm Conversano is! Nothing to add.

“Freddo, umidità e disorganizzazione”

The location was convenient for our next day’s plans, and the host was friendly and always reachable by phone, but that doesn’t offset the serious shortcomings of the property. The room was cold, damp, and unclean. The walls were visibly wet, and moisture had soaked the bed and sheets, making the space unpleasant and impossible to heat. The old air‑conditioner only blew lukewarm air even after prolonged use and couldn’t warm the room. Additionally, when trying to heat both the room and bathroom, the power tripped (this happened at night during our stay). Breakfast, which was included, was scheduled at an external bar far from the property; when we arrived, it was closed for its day off, a fact the property had not informed us about. At our arrival, instead of the promised welcome gift, we found a garbage bag and dirty towels left by previous guests. The host was friendly and always reachable by phone, but that doesn’t compensate for the serious deficiencies of the property. We stayed only one night, which was enough to decide not to return.
