A very nice family hotel right in the middle of Serfaus. We felt completely comfortable, everyone was very friendly, and the breakfast was really great. We used the sauna every evening. We definitely want to come back; it was wonderful.

Perfect location in the middle of the car‑free village, despite a fairly steep climb at the end. The property has its own parking and a lift. The host was super helpful, gave us a schnapps on arrival, and we even took a bottle home. The climb to the house can be tough for some people.

The accommodation is luxurious and clean. The host was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast greeted us warmly with a chat. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of breads, fresh fruit, homemade spreads, and toppings. The rooms are spacious, cleaned daily, and supplied with fresh towels. Each room has its own coffee machine for Nespresso cups, which are replaced when used. The location is within walking distance of the metro to the mountain lifts, which are also easily reachable on foot. Cars can be parked at the property. To reach the location from the main street you must take a road with a steep incline of up to 20%.
