The contact person was very kind and helpful, always available when needed; everything was clean and had the essentials. The mattress, however, could use a replacement.

The location is good, within walking distance of the tube. The bed was a sofa bed, which I would have preferred to be a proper bed.

The place is ideally situated with easy access to halal restaurants and parking directly on the driveway; the host was very nice and welcoming, and the room came with a microwave and a small fridge. The decor inside had a unique touch. I only wish there was a TV, even a small one, to use while inside the room.

I arrived at the property and no one was there to let me in. I called the host, who said their agent was unreachable and that they were too busy to help. I spent over an hour in my car parked on the driveway, trying to resolve the situation, during which two people knocked on my car window and told me to leave—at least one of whom I think was connected to the host. Eventually I left on the advice of someone who arranged alternative accommodation, but I had to sit in a café for about 4‑5 hours while it was sorted out. My entire evening was wasted, and I didn’t finally get a room until around midnight, all because the host failed to make proper arrangements and was unwilling to help even though I had booked a room.
