First, remember that Uttaradit is a transit city, a lost place that exists everywhere. Now about The Thepchamrat: I’m not in the mood for a long rant, just this: the mattress was so soft the springs showed through. When something wasn’t working, it never got fixed—light, Wi‑Fi, TV stayed broken. It wasn’t dirty, but it was unclean (bird droppings on the balcony, other crap in the room). I got sick, slept on the floor, and received an “I’m so sorry.” That’s it. Avoid this place.

There was no water purifier, no hair dryer, the kettle was broken, the TV wouldn’t turn on, and it was noisy in the morning.

ที่พักหาง่าย. จองผ่านbooking ตัดบัตรเรียบร้อย(จองก่อนเข้าพักประมาณ2week) เพราะจะไปสอบท้องถิ่น ก่อนเข้าพัก2 วัน พนักงานโทรมาแจ้งว่า ห้องเต็ม จนท.ลืมปิดระบบ ต้องขอโทษด้วย แล้วจะให้ยกเลิก (ไม่รู้ว่าลืมปิดระบบห้องพักจริงๆหรือว่าจะรับจองโดยตรงกับทางโรงแรมไม่ทราบ) เพราะระยะเวลาค่อนข้างนานมาก กว่าจะโทรมาแจ้ง จนท.แจ้งว่าให้กดยกเลิก ตอนแรกก็คิดว่าจะกดยกเลิกอยู่หรอกแล้วเอาเงินคืนแต่ระบบไม่สามารถให้กดยกเลิกได้ และไม่คืนเงิน เลยโทรกลับไปใหม่แจ้งว่ากดไม่ได้ค่ะ ระบบไม่คืนเงิน แล้วจะยังไง จนท.บอกขอประสานงานกับผู้จัดการ แล้วจะติดต่อกลับ สรุปไม่มีการติดต่อกลับ จนต้องโทรไปถามเองอีกวันก่อนเข้าพัก สุดท้ายโรงแรมแก้ปัญหาให้ไปนอนในส่วนของที่พักรายเดือน ซึ่งก็นะ สภาพคนละแบบกับตัวโรงแรม ห้องน้ำยุงเยอะมาก ไม่สะอาด คงเพราะมันเป็นรายเดือนด้วยแหละ(เสียดายไม่ได้ถ่ายรูปไว้เพราะแค่เดินทางก็เหนื่อยแล้ว) ยังต่อมาเจออะไรแบบนี้อีก ก็ขอบคุณในการแก้ปัญหา แต่ไม่ประทับใจมาก ไม่ประทับใจเลย 55555 ถ้าไม่ติดว่าเสียเวลาหาที่พักใหม่บวกกับช่วงสอบ น่าจะหายาก ก็อยากจะทำตัวให้มีปัญหามากกว่านี้อยู่ค่ะ เคยทำงานโรงแรมมาก่อน เลยนึกถึงใจเขาใจเราอยู่บ้าง
