“Preço elevado, problemas de infraestrutura e atendimento insatisfatório”

The only real plus was the location. My stay fell short of expectations, especially for the price (over R$2,500.00 for six nights). I spent the entire first day without internet. The staff only said they’d check with IT, offering no solution or timeline. On the second day I had to ask for a room change on my own. I was moved to a lower‑category room because the original category had poor internet coverage, yet a Booking search showed all categories, including higher ones, were available. I find it unacceptable to resolve an infrastructure issue by downgrading a guest without compensation. The staff also lacked initiative; after multiple complaints nothing was offered until I insisted. Other problems included: the first room had a mold smell; one of the two elevators was under maintenance, causing long waits; on several days there was loud music and shouting from a nearby club disturbing quiet; the gym was available but required extra payment, which seemed unfair for the nightly rate; breakfast had few options and the baked goods looked reused from previous days. Overall I was dissatisfied with the infrastructure and the way complaints were handled. For the price I expected better care, higher quality services, and more attentive problem resolution.

From the moment we arrived, everyone welcomed us warmly. The front desk gave us accurate and helpful information. At the restaurant, everyone’s friendliness made us feel very eager to eat. We really liked it. Unfortunately, we only stayed for a whole day.
