How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were pleasant, the room could fit four people, and the hotel’s location was good. However, the hotel was under renovation, which wasn’t mentioned beforehand, it was very dirty, and there were large bags everywhere in the stairwell, which was dangerous.

The staff were very nice and kind. The value for money was good and it was fairly accessible. The room was spacious and well-built. The hotel was undergoing renovation, so it was a bit messier than usual.

I didn’t like anything at all. The hotel is new, and when I called for information, the receptionist was unpleasant and hung up on me. It was 6 September at 19:35. The price compared to the hotel is outrageous.

Hello, our stay at this hotel was pleasant; the front‑desk staff were helpful and attentive. I have no complaints.

They were renovating the hotel. Construction materials were everywhere, the stairs were wrapped in plastic, and we slept on the fourth floor where there were ladders and more construction material everywhere. It’s quite odd that you can book a room in a hotel that’s fully being renovated; it should have been closed or at least by floor.
