The location was good and the staff were very courteous and friendly. The cleanliness was also good. The rooms are in dire need of renovation and are small; for the price paid, you should expect something else. The value for money is extremely poor.

The hotel fit my needs perfectly: the location next to Nara’s train station was great and the room had everything I required. It worked in a simple way. The indoor air quality, however, was quite bad; the air didn’t circulate properly and there was a stale smell even though I used the room’s air conditioner and separate air purifier.
