The location is great, but the reception was noisy, staff were inattentive and abrupt, and the breakfast area felt more like a cafeteria than a five‑star restaurant.

The beds are very comfy, the spot is central, and breakfast offers a good variety, but this stay had less soundproofing—midnight toddler zoomies from above were audible. I’d suggest removing the unused Coopers bar and reallocating that space for more comfy chairs for people watching.

The hotel had great facilities and was in a central spot, making it a solid choice.

The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were spacious, but there was no view. Front‑desk staff could improve by greeting guests with a smile.
