The location was superb, and the staff were friendly. Nearby, there were tasty takoyaki stalls, a supermarket, and a convenience store that were all very convenient. The key point was that there was an elevator exit to the subway, so I didn’t have to carry my luggage up the stairs. Cleaning could use some improvement.

The staff were very friendly and let us store our luggage well before check‑in. They helped us find out if our next destination accepted Yamato transport, assisted us with filling out the form, and even had a payment service to avoid broken luggage. The room was very comfortable; there was a laundry service (including a dryer) that accepted coins, a microwave in the common area, and the location was excellent, just a short walk from Ueno subway station.
