The place was close to the metro station and the bed was big. The front‑desk staff were very friendly and always available. However, there were cockroaches in the unit that climbed onto the bed. The free Wi‑Fi worked only in the reception, so we barely used it; the in‑room screen had a weak signal. The hotel sits in a red zone, so the surrounding area was full of trash and nighttime noise. Even though there was a pool, the shower didn’t work, there was no space or extra towels for leaving, and no bar as the description had promised.
