The location is fantastic! The owner is very friendly and works hard every day to improve things. The pool is lovely with a great view of the area. However, there is no air conditioning, so in August the room gets really hot. We slept with the doors open, which caused a lot of mosquito bites.

The facility is welcoming, with Gianmaria smiling and kind. The location is great for unplugging and relaxing. The highlight is definitely the pool, where you can pay to have aperitifs. The bed is comfortable and the walls are sound‑proofed. The attention to detail could be better: the place lacks air conditioning, has an outdated shower, and there are drainage issues in the bathroom. Also, the road to get there is very uneven. The price is a bit high for what’s offered, and we would have preferred breakfast to be included.

The place is beautiful, well‑renovated, and clean; the staff are very friendly; the room is spacious, the kitchenette is very comfortable, and the bathroom is large, yet there is no air conditioning.
