Good location. Carpet in rooms are filthy, we had to ask multiple times for fresh towels and the correct amount of towels daily, access to the pool is not by room card you need to get someone from the front desk, small pool and not very clear water, ice machine broken on 3rd floor

The location was fine and the staff were helpful, but the smell coming out of the elevator was awful. Garbage littered every corner of the hotel and even outside some room doors. I found bedbugs in my room and reported it to staff at 4:00AM; they said they were just an employee and that I would have to talk to management in the morning.
