The hotel has a top location, is super clean, and the room is perfect for a couple; the beds were incredibly comfortable, the down comforter great, the breakfast fresh and varied with tasty egg dishes, the staff friendly and helpful, and overall it’s top – we’ll return!

The staff were friendly, but the systems failed; I had prepaid yet was charged at reception upon arrival. My brother received an email the day after checkout asking when he would be checking out, and the room felt very dark.

The hotel is super well located and has excellent facilities. The professionals were extremely courteous and welcoming, especially at the reception. The afternoon drinks courtesy was a nice touch, as was the relaxed breakfast setting and delicious food. I liked everything, have no complaints. The price is high, but Amsterdam is an expensive city.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff were friendly and smiling; everyone was very nice, said hello, and explained everything clearly. The bed was so comfy I slept like a baby. Nothing to add.
