I recently had a rather unexpected experience at this hotel, where they ended up cancelling my room booking without giving me any prior notice. Although this was a major inconvenience, the staff were extremely apologetic and helpful in finding me a new room at a reasonable rate. Their quick response and willingness to make things right really made up for the initial mishap. Overall, I was impressed by their customer service and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
