Moaed made the whole trip spectacular with his customer service and knowledge, taking us to every location and answering all our questions. The food was amazing—some of the best I’ve had in Jordan—and I honestly wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The only downside was that the hot water was warm in the mornings, probably from a tank, but it’s so hot you wouldn’t mind a warm shower.

I enjoyed the camp very much; the staff and everyone were friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. They were kind and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. I liked the camp’s layout and how close it was to the mountains, so I could see both the mountains and the sand. The food was delicious! Rashid helped me plan an overnight desert trip, which was great. I will definitely return.

The dinner was very good. The online payment presentation didn’t match the booking because I was supposedly reserving a block, so I had to add 50€ to claim a stay in a bubble.

The place is clean and comfortable, and the staff is excellent. The desert trip was very enjoyable and exciting. The food is excellent and fresh.
