“oxygénant et ressourcant”
The reception was very pleasant, the hotel’s location is ideal for a breath of fresh air, the restaurant is excellent, and the service matches that quality.

Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

The forest setting makes the place a peaceful oasis, a good base for hikes and visits to nearby villages, and the staff are helpful with suggestions. However, the room price with breakfast feels a bit high, and the facilities are basic—there’s no pool to manage, for example.

The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring the Umbrian Forest; at night you feel the darkness and silence of the surrounding woods. Bicycle rentals are available in the parking area, but they’re managed separately. The room was spacious and clean, and with the mosquito net we slept with the window open. The staff were friendly. The restaurant disappointed us on the one night we dined there: the menu is pretentious, a bit pricey, and the food quality and service don’t justify those prices. The bathroom water isn’t potable, as the wall notice says, and the taps are odd, making it hard to control flow and temperature. Breakfast is pre‑selected the day before on a sheet handed to reception and served at the table; there’s no buffet, and the portions of cakes, muffins, and focaccia are tiny. It doesn’t feel like a four‑star place, so we don’t understand why it’s rated that high.

Quiet, a bit expensive but the quality is on point, worth the money.
