The hotel sits right by Unkal Lake, is well maintained, and the food is very good; there’s even an auto stand next to the property. The bathroom is a bit cramped, though the shower’s water pressure and hot‑water temperature were excellent.

The staff were friendly and the food options were good, but the rooms lack noise‑cancelling windows. Because the hotel sits directly at a traffic junction, daytime and early‑morning traffic is audible in the rooms, so upgrading the windows would help.

In the fairly local area of Fubri in India, the hotel building and service were decent for the price, and the top‑floor restaurant, designed to appeal to both children and adults, served tasty food, which boosted my rating. I had to ask for slippers, and the furnishings and equipment were average, but given the location there were no real drawbacks.
