“Nada demais”

We booked a luxury room, but the bathroom extractor was broken, the sink tap was rusted, the bathroom light was burnt out, the floor in the room was warped, and we only received a single soap and one key for the room. The reception line was long, there was no air‑conditioning, the restaurant was closed even though it was listed as open, the parking was uncovered (so you get wet if it rains) and there were only a few spots (good luck finding one). It’s right next to a very busy avenue, so if you can’t find a spot you’re out of luck.

The staff were very courteous. We stayed on the 6th floor and the shower was very weak, too weak.

“Foi boa”

The rooms are modern and super clean and comfortable. I was disappointed that a hotel so new had such poor window insulation; the traffic noise on the avenue bothered me a lot, though after 23:00 it got better.

“Nice stay with great staff and amaxing breakfast”

The hotel is really beautiful and sits right next to the city’s main area. The staff helped me out and gave me some tips on where to eat and other amenities. Highly recommend. Nothing in particular stood out; my stay was very short, so I don’t have anything else to add.
