I liked the staff’s attentiveness, yet the bathroom had issues: the shower wasn’t very functional, and water pooled near the toilet.

Nothing, Staff would not give me the room I booked and and told me to get out and go find another hotel. Everything, rooms smaller than advertised hotel had No 2 double bed rooms, expected adults to sleep in bunk cots
