I stayed at a solid hotel where the service felt private and tailored; Giovani, the personal services manager, was so kind he even dropped me off at the airport, and the room breakfast was excellent.

The rooms were huge, clean, and the staff were kind, but there were no amenities, the rooms were very noisy and lacked blackout curtains, and the shower turned cold after about 20 minutes.
