The only thing I liked was the staff. The room was dirty, the towels smelled awful, and there was human hair everywhere.

The bed was made, comfy, and the AC was easy to control. Free breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean and spacious. Neighbors weren’t too loud, and the water pressure and number of towels provided were great. However, our bathroom door in room 112 was completely broken, making opening and closing a huge struggle; we couldn’t lock it most of the time, limiting privacy. Room service also didn’t clean our room, and the phone outlets were extremely dirty.
