The well-known hotel is the best and most beautiful one I’ve stayed at in Riyadh, thanks to its refined service, calmness, cleanliness, and great atmosphere. All the services were excellent, and the staff were very courteous. May God bless those who manage it. There is nothing to criticize, God willing.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, and I keep coming back—this score reflects my repeated visits and their willingness to cancel my reservation for an emergency without any charge. The bedding, however, needs to be refreshed.
