Everything in one word is amazing! Mirjam and Niels are people with hearts of gold! We stayed at their B&B before and after our wedding. Mirjam and Niels did everything and more to make our stay wonderful! We could not have wished for a better B&B to stay in during our wedding. They gave us the feeling of a second home! Absolutely nothing!

A nice spacious accommodation in a quiet spot. A great location to explore the Groningen area. The sauna and hot tub are available for an additional fee. The latter is filled with local tap water, which the host says is slightly green in colour. I didn’t know that as a peripheral detail and it wasn’t communicated beforehand.

The accommodation is perfect for a relaxed break from everyday stress. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The bedroom and living area are very cozy. The sauna and hot tub can be used privately for as long as you want (95€ for the whole weekend). Both the living area, sauna and hot tub were very clean. The sauna can be customized with light, music and programs to your liking. The hot tub offers bubbles and various lights. Towels and bathrobes were provided. Breakfast was extensive, everything fresh and tasty, with different options on both days. Fresh juice, muesli, rolls, croissants, banana bread, cold cuts, fruit & veg… everything was delicious! The hosts are very friendly, you can bring any concerns to them. Below the apartment is a large yoga room where courses are held (on Wednesdays and Friday evenings and Sunday mornings), but that didn’t bother us. Some extra services can also be booked (yoga, massage, floating, etc.). We tried the floating. You float in a small chamber of magnesium‑rich water and can relax with soothing music and coloured light or in complete darkness. An extraordinary experience! We absolutely recommend the accommodation if you want a relaxed break with wellness and a private spa area.
