Monopol Boutique Hotel

“Ausgezeichnete ruhige Lage mit Nähe zum Bahnhof.”

A very good breakfast, gluten‑free options available on request. The location is quiet and close to the train station. The room is spacious, cozy, with a garden view and a terrace that works nicely on sunny days. The host is extremely friendly and personal, and getting into the hotel is hassle‑free with a door code. The sliding door between the living‑sleeping area and the relatively narrow bathroom isn’t ideal, though.

The place sits in a calm spot, and the ÖVB Arena is within walking distance. The breakfast buffet could be added on the spot in the morning, and the staff member who helped was very attentive and friendly. The door height to the sleeping area feels a bit low – at 1.90 m tall, you have to duck a bit – but the ceiling height is lovely, and the building’s old‑world charm adds to the experience.

The décor is original, the wooden stairs creak charmingly, and there’s a small garden and terrace. I couldn’t use the TV, but that wasn’t a big deal for me.

The room is very generous, with a large bathroom that has both a shower and a bathtub, plus a small terrace. The location is fantastic 👍, and I’d gladly come back anytime 😍. Nothing to complain about.
