We checked in to the property July 4 and the AC in our hotel room was not working. The room was 80 degrees F. I called the front desk and 45 min later the facilities man came and said the pipes had frozen and we had to run the heat for another 30 min to get it fixed. I asked for another room which I was granted, but that smelled very smokey and I did not want my young kids in that room. I left after less than 2 hours and asked for a refund. I am still waiting on my refund as the hotel and booking can not communicate and I am having to be the middle man between the 2 and they still can’t communicate. Beware of this hotel and especially don’t use booking for this because if you have any issues they will not help you

The place is in a great spot and they welcome dogs, which I appreciated.
