The staff were very friendly, but my room had no window and was suffocating, with a window that looked onto the hallway; the worst part was the constant noise from the bar below that kept going until closing, making it hard to rest.

The room itself was fine, but the bathroom was tiny and the shower water was cold; I couldn’t sleep, which was exactly what I needed, because a party in a nearby square during a sports competition made the room fail acoustic isolation standards—85 dB until 6 am (legal limit 30 dB, Real Decreto 1367/2007, 19 October), a disappointing experience.

The rooms were nice and offered good value, but the walls were thin and you could hear everything in adjacent rooms; I also had a little trouble entering with the virtual key.

I had to leave; the sewage smell, broken bathroom door, lack of towels, missing TV remote, missing air‑conditioning remote, and no ventilation were all unacceptable.

The owner was friendly, but the bathroom was extremely tiny, had no shower curtain, and you end up soaking everything when you shower.
