Sylvie, the waitress, was pleasant and the reception staff were good, but the check‑in was a bit complicated due to Wi‑Fi issues. The breakfast and dinner were fine, though there were many menu changes that could be better highlighted, such as the three‑meat couscous; after talking with the chef we understood the situation, but clearer labeling would help. The shrimp dish was tasty and filling. There was no network for the canal, a towel for two people was missing—fortunately the receptionist fixed that, and the Nescafé was corrected on request. The children's pool was green, and the frogs were the only thing missing.
