The staff were very friendly and close to everything. It wasn’t very fresh, as there was mold in the bathroom. The AC didn’t work, so the room got very hot. Breakfast was not good at all. There was a lot of traffic outside the accommodation.

Room & Security: The room door was secured with a simple warded lock (Buntbartschloss) rather than a proper security lock. Furthermore, the room was extremely thin-walled; we could clearly hear our neighbors arguing and constant heavy footsteps from above. Cleanliness & Condition: While the bed served its purpose for sleeping, it was heavily covered in lint (not for sensitive guests). In the bathroom, there was mold in the shower and on the ceiling, and the showerhead holder was crudely fixed with duct tape. Indoor Climate: The smell in the room was unbearable. Although there was an air conditioner, it could not be used, even after asking. Service & Catering: Breakfast: The so-called "breakfast" barely deserves the name. The place was quiet and the room was comfortable with nice beds and clean sheets, and parking was convenient. The only downside was that there was just one outdoor bathroom for all rooms, which made me wait too long to use it, and the breakfast service was barely enough.

The price was reasonable, the kitchen was decent and the vending machine was a handy bonus, and it’s close to the city centre. However, there was a bit of mold in the bathroom, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, the bedroom couldn’t be darkened, the railway and the road next to the property were noisy, and getting into the room was difficult because of poor communication.
